About the Building

The lighting project Includes the installation of eight Musco light standards ranging in height between 70-80 feet and containing LED luminaires of various wattages.

Danny Duffy, a professional baseball pitcher for the Texas Rangers, and Cabrillo HS Alum committed to funding all of the project's soft and hard costs through donations to the district.

"Playing under the lights is an amazing experience," Duffy said last December. "Adding lighting to the baseball field at my alma mater has been a dream of mine for years."

What We Did

Smith MEP completed the installation of eight sports lighting poles, fixtures, foundations and Electrical work at LUSD Cabrillo High School Baseball Field.
