Sheet Metal

Our team of sheet metal installers has the capability to craft anything needed for a project, from simple package unit installations to complex, high-tech systems. Our team fabricates more than 400,000 pounds of sheet metal duct per year. We utilize a variety of materials, including galvanized sheet metal, stainless steel, aluminum, fiberglass, black iron and many other materials used in the high-tech sectors for complex chemical exhaust and scrubber systems. No sheet metal job is too complex for Smith MEP’s sheet metal crews.

Smith MEP’s Electrical Department boasts a team of over 100 professionals, including engineers, tradespeople, project management, and support staff. With cutting-edge technology, we can execute projects of all sizes and complexities, guiding them from conception to completion.

PLUMBING

Smith MEP’s Plumbing Department handles projects of all sizes and complexities from conception to completion. Our Santa Maria, CA fabrication facility ensures efficient, high-quality solutions, employing Lean Production principles for pre-built plumbing system sections and equipment skids. We store materials in advance, use “just-in-time” delivery, and minimize project delays, even on ambitious construction schedules.

GENERAL CONSTRUCTION

Smith MEP’s General Construction capabilities support the mechanical, electrical and plumbing trades under the guidance of a single project manager. With all trades being handled under one roof, construction can be done more efficiently, closing gaps and eliminating the need for multiple construction phases. Our services include framing (wood and metal), concrete, demolition, saw cutting, core hole drilling, drywall patching and more.
